2. Government Tax Incentives for business

We have tried to put in topics which you should find interesting in both a business and technology sense. We will be continuing these Newsletters on a regular basis and we hope you find them worthwhile. We will not be filling them up with marketing material. Topic 1: Progressive Technical Support

Go Systems continues to build on its reputation as a progressive ICT (information Communications Technology) Services and Solutions Provider. We can now offer a full Management Services Provider solution for our customers. Here is a little information on what we have done this financial year.

Go Systems only hires Computer Science Degree Graduates and we believe that it is our role to get these highly skilled individuals trained up and certified on the technologies that our customers utilize. This is why we are Certified with the likes of Microsoft, Cisco, Kodak, Websense, TrendMicro, HP, Apple, etc.

The investment allowance was originally announced in December 2008 but was revised on 3rd February 2009. This concession now offers a real benefit to both small and larger businesses.

How does it work?

Topic 3: IP Telephony ‘GoPhone’

Go Systems offers its customers various IP Telephony Solutions based on their particular requirements.

Telephony is usually one of the 5 major costs for a company after staff, rent etc. IP telephony allows you to reduce your costs in a pretty dramatic fashion and get the benefits of a feature rich system with reliable call quality.

We have been using IP Telephony ourselves for over 2.5 years and we have no issue with call quality as we have put in place the best solution making sure we supply QoS (Quality of Service) in the equipment and in the DSL circuits. We use specialist ITSP (Internet Telephony Service Providers) who also have QoS equipment so that the solution is seamless and efficient.

Topic 4: e-mail Marketing – there is only 1 way to do this.

Go Systems has spent a long time looking for a tool to assist us with our communications to our customers and prospects. There is a whole lot to consider when adopting a tool which will manage both how your e-mail will be viewed by the person opening the e-mail and how you manage and measure their responses.

E-mail marketing has to be an opt-in approach with your recipient being able to decide whether they want to be part of what it is you are offering. If they do not want to be a part of the community then you need to be able to allow them to pass your message across to a more relevant person or opt-out altogether. Whatever they do you need to be able to make sure you comply with their wishes.
